• invoices will be sent via email with options to pay by PayPal or most major credit cards. Arrangements will be made via email before the start of a project.

• if absolutely need be, arrangements can be made for money order wire transfers.

• for any client who requests a CD, a $12 fee for media & error handling will be incurred.

• the client is also responsible for all postage. Therefore, overnights and/or special delivery options are up to YOU.

• every mixing, mastering, or restoration job is allowed one set of revisions. Additional revisions will incur a $10 fee per each additional revision request within each song.

• once any project is approved and finalized between TMS and client, then it is finalized. Any additional remix or changes opens new fees.

• all clients will recieve high quality MP3's of their tracks for online promotions & myspace. Myspace MP3's in particular will be specially prepared.

• before the start of any project, at least 50% of the total fee must be paid. The other 50%, before the final delivery of the tracks.

• PLEASE make sure you feel confident and good about me handling the work. Listen to the samples, think thoroughly before we agree on & start services. Obviously due to the nature of this work, once a project has been started there are no refunds.
